Park Requirements:
- All prospective tenants must complete a $25 credit and background check.
- Mobile homes must be 20 years old or newer. A photo of the home may be required with your application.
- Two pets under 30 lbs are allowed per household. Bully breeds are not permitted.
- Pet fee: $35 per pet, per month.
- A complete list of park rules and guidelines will be shared upon application.
